About this product
Smart Hosting connects a Nuki Smart Lock (and optional Keypad 2) to Airbnb or a property-management system so guest access codes are generated and sent automatically, with no manual work for the host. Access is automatically restricted to the guest's stay dates. Subscribers get priority support (response within three hours during business hours), immediate product replacement, a 3-year guarantee, and a 15% discount on Nuki accessories for the length of the subscription. Guests can check in via the Nuki App, a web link, or an access code. Billed per Smart Lock with a 30-day free trial.

Installation & limits
Ruben is not a licensed contractor. Installation is quoted only for jobs whose total cost — parts, labor, and everything else — stays under $1,000 and needs no building permit (California B&P 7027.2, 7048).
Anything that needs a permit, a licensed trade, or that can't be done safely gets referred to a licensed contractor. Price alone never qualifies a job.
