Nuki Guarantee Plus

Guarantee Plus extends a Nuki Smart Lock's commercial guarantee from the standard term to three full years. If the device needs to be exchanged for a defect, Nuki ships the replacement immediately rather than waiting to receive the original device back, and coverage applies even in cases of accidental damage caused by the owner. It can be purchased together with a Smart Lock or added separately, must be bought within 30 days of activation, and is redeemed with an activation code and managed in the Nuki app.

Ruben is not a licensed contractor. Installation is quoted only for jobs whose total cost — parts, labor, and everything else — stays under $1,000 and needs no building permit (California B&P 7027.2, 7048).

Anything that needs a permit, a licensed trade, or that can't be done safely gets referred to a licensed contractor. Price alone never qualifies a job.
