The Home Set NFC (Deadbolt) bundles the Nuki Smart Lock (Deadbolt) with the Keypad 2 NFC at a discount versus buying separately. Unlock via smartphone app, NFC tap-to-unlock through a mobile wallet, PIN code, or fingerprint. Both devices self-install without drilling or wiring: the Smart Lock mounts over an existing single-cylinder deadbolt and the Keypad 2 NFC installs in minutes alongside it. Individual access permissions and codes can be shared with friends, family, or guests, and the setup connects to existing smart-home systems.

Installation & limits
Ruben is not a licensed contractor. Installation is quoted only for jobs whose total cost — parts, labor, and everything else — stays under $1,000 and needs no building permit (California B&P 7027.2, 7048).
Anything that needs a permit, a licensed trade, or that can't be done safely gets referred to a licensed contractor. Price alone never qualifies a job.
